Jacek “Jack” Pawlicki’s practice concentrates on commercial real estate transactions, particularly leasing, purchase and sales, financings and development. For over 25 years, he has assisted clients in negotiating purchase and sale agreements for a variety of projects, as well as complex retail, office, medical, industrial and ground leases.
Alan Wallace’s practice focuses on land use, condemnation/eminent domain, and real estate law. He advises both private and non-profit clients, counseling owners, developers and investors in obtaining, protecting, and litigating real property rights.
