Primary Focus & Experience


Jessie works with private developers on land use and permitting issues throughout the state of Washington, with a specific focus on complex projects within complicated urban jurisdictions. Her depth of contacts in many jurisdictions allow for efficient and successful client engagements. She makes it her job to know all the right people. Her experience with clients has resulted in the permitting of tens of thousands of multifamily units, several million square feet of Class A office, and thousands of hotel rooms.

  • Redmond Overlake Master Plan permitting approximately 2M s.f. of new development 
  • Downtown Seattle mixed-use towers involving landmark board approval 
  • Downtown Bellevue mixed-use multi-tower project 
  • Multifamily/mixed-use building in Seattle neighborhood including alley vacation 
  • Permitting/DNR lease issues for Downtown Seattle Waterfront Pier 
  • Code amendment to enable mixed-use hotel/residential tower
