McCullough Hill is pleased to welcome associate attorneys Madison “Maddi” Warnock and Kimberly “Kim” Rupp to our land use team.
Maddi returns to the firm after previously working with us as a legal assistant. A University of Washington School of Law graduate, she assists with zoning, permitting, and development entitlements across Washington, as well as land use litigation. Her background includes work with UW’s Environmental Law Clinic and the Seattle Office of Hearing Examiner.
Kim also earned her law degree at the University of Washington. She brings experience from the Growth Management and Shorelines Hearings Boards, a renewable energy advocacy organization, and the Seattle City Attorney’s Office. Her practice includes land use permitting, development disputes, and litigation.
We’re excited to have Maddi and Kim on the team and look forward to their contributions to our clients’ projects.
